AKHARI ATHIDHI: Death is inevitable. Death is the last thing that a person encounters in his life. Death is something that a person would never want to welcome. Death meets a person only once in his life. If the death meets a person twice and thrice, what happens? Dr Srijith encounters a similar situation in this 'Akhari Atidhi' multiple times and faces bizarre situations. The experiences that he went through are depicted with fictional, fantasy and suspense elements in 'Akhari Atidhi'. Writer Malladi Venkata Krishna Murthy compares death as 'Akhari Atidhi' which means, the final guest. ఆఖరి అతిధి : మరణం మనిషి జీవితం లో చివరి ఘట్టం. మరణం మనిషి కి ఎప్పుడూ చేదే. ఒక మనిషి మరణం ఇంకో మనిషిని ఎంతో బాధిస్తుంది. మరణాన్ని అతిధి లా ప్రస్తావించారు రచయిత మల్లాది వెంకట కృష్ణ మూర్తి గారు. అయితే మనిషి జీవితం లో ఆఖరి అతిధి మరణం. ప్రతి మనిషి తప్పని సరిగా ఏదో ఒక రోజు ఆఖరి అతిథిని కలుసుకుంటాడు. ఒక్కసారి కలుసుకున్నాక, ఇక ఆ మనిషి మరణించినట్టే. కాకపోతే ఈ ఆఖరి అతిధి లో డాక్టర్ శ్రీజిత్ మాత్రం అతన్ని అనేక సార్లు కలుసుకున్నాడు. ఒక మూడు రోజుల్లో అతడికి ఎదురైనా చిత్ర విచిత్ర సంఘటనలను, అనుభవాలను సస్పెన్స్ జోడిస్తూ ఫాంటసీ అంశాలను ఆవిష్కరిస్తూ ఒక చక్కని కథ ని మన ముందుకు తీసుకొని వచ్చారు. ఈ పుస్తకం కచ్చితంగా మనల్ని కదిలిస్తుంది అనడం లో అతిశయోక్తి లేదు.
